Internship Programme 2024
Aimed at high-potential undergraduate, master’s and/or postgraduate students who want to develop their career in the banking sector and learn from the best professionals.
General information
AIMED AT >
Students in their final year of their bachelor’s or master’s/postgraduate degree who want to start their professional career with us, in the area that best suits their profile and where they can develop their talent to become professionals in the sector.
GOAL >
To offer authentic work experience with valuable learning opportunities to help students advance their careers.
DURATION >
The scholarship programme has a duration of 500 hours with the possibility of extension.
DATES AND SCHEDULE>
The internship can start in the first term of the year (from January/February) or in the fourth term (from July/September) in the mornings.
LOCATION >
The internships will take place at the corporate centres in Sant Cugat, Madrid, Barcelona, Sabadell and Alicante.

What are we looking for?
Student
You are currently studying for a degree, master’s or postgraduate degree and and you can establish an internship agreement with your university.
Nearing the end of your studies
In the final years of a bachelor’s degree and/or studying for a master’s or postgraduate degree.
Languages
You are able to speak and write in English, with a level B2 as a level.
Excellence
You should be responsible, ambitious and talented. You should be willing to take responsibility and you should always give 100% at work.
